carnival in amsterdam!

My friend Yuan and I went shopping yesterday, and then we walked around the carnival that has randomly shown up in Dam Square. My Dutch professor told me it's there because Dutch students have no classes this week.  We went on the ferris wheel!  It was really scary when we first went up and stopped near the top (ahhh heights!) but once it kept going, it was fun.
