"which i find very happy"

My art history professor says the most hilarious things in an awesome indescribable Dutch/ British English accent.  She's probably fifty-something years old.  Today, she said:

"Since it's getting close to Christmas, I'm including some Christmas slides.  It's not entirely Christmas, but it definitely has to do with Mary.  But I thought I'd include Joseph this time"

On Joseph's bare feet in this painting:
"He has bare feet, which I find very happy"

On paintings by Rothko:
"They are the only paintings that actually make me hallucinate.  And I don't use anything, ever"

later:
"I'm not being spaced out.  Or using space cakes"

My favorite thing that she's ever said was when she was talking about how she understands why some people think it would be scary to bike in Amsterdam.

"The bikers are not very friendly. You don't want to see me when I'm biking. I'm not unfriendly, but... I'm also a danger to myself"
