A bunch of little things happened today that made it a very happy day. FIVE of my sweet co-workers said they liked my purple shoes, i saw "i love you" written in the dirt on the side of the car on my way home, and I got to talk to one of my friends on the phone. AND I got to read this AMAZIN' line in an email from my kindred spirit:
"but there are some good eggs who are like us and we just have to band together so we can cultivate niceness and kindess. and not get beaten (get it, good eggs, haha) down when we're surrounded by people who only wear brown, joke about women's rights, dont know anything about anything, and are generally non-sparkly people that dont appreciate glitter/fangirling/dancing/everything good in the world."
I may sound like a hippie flower-child when i say i believe in vibes and energy, but these tiny things prove to me that there are good people out there who are gonna fill the world with smiles, hugs, laughter, and happy thoughts.
